Session Packages & Info
Booking Policies
Session locations must be within 30 miles of 29112. Additional travel fees will apply for distances exceeding that. All sessions require a 30% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date. The remainder of the session fee is due by/on the day of the session (does not include events, which must be paid at least a week in advance). Once the retainer is paid and the requested booking date is confirmed, you will receive a balance invoice and a digital contract to sign by email. You will forfeit the retainer fee if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations due to emergencies or inclement weather can be rescheduled without penalty.
The Heirloom
These sessions include up to an hour of shoot time, an online proof gallery, 20 hand-edited digital images, and a print release. They are great for large or multiple families, engagements, maternity, milestones, lifestyle and portrait sessions, and outfit changes. Full gallery add-on: $100

The Keepsake
Keepsake sessions include up to 40 minutes of shoot time, an online proof gallery, 12 hand-edited digital images, and a print release. They are great for couples, families, cake smashes and other milestones, engagements, maternity, lifestyle, and portrait sessions. Full gallery add-on: $75

The Memento
These sessions include up to 20 minutes of shoot time, an online proof gallery, 6 hand-edited digital images, and a print release. They are great for couples, portraits, headshots, etc.

The Legacy
These farm sessions include up to 90 minutes of shoot time, an online proof gallery, 28 hand-edited digital images, and a print release. The sessions are on location at your farm/property. The photographer is a horse owner with over 25 years of equine experience who is comfortable and familiar with other livestock.

The Chronicle
Events start at $475 and require a two-hour minimum. Additional coverage is $200 per hour. Event coverage includes an online proof gallery, 40+ hand-edited digital images, and a print release. A non-refundable retainer fee is required (30% of the $475 base price), and the remaining balance must be paid no later than a week before the event.

1. Fill out the form
Click on the link above to our booking page to set up your appointment. When you fill out the form, include important details in the comment section such as the type of session (maternity, engagement, etc.), preferred location, and how many people will be included in your session.
2. Confirmation & consultation
Once the booking is reviewed and the date is confirmed available, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the digital contract to be signed and an invoice for you to make payment. If there are any other details we need to discuss, I will set up a time for a phone consultation. For events, we can schedule an in-person consultation if preferred.
3. Picture time
Between the time you book and your session, if you have any questions, concerns, or ideas for your session, please feel free to reach out. You will receive an appointment reminder two days before the session by email. All that is left to do is show up for your session, have a great time, and let me capture your vision!
4. Delivering photos
Turnaround times vary depending on the type and length of session. I try to aim for 1-2 weeks on average, but during busier times that may change. Events typically have a longer turnaround time. I will be sure to give you an estimated turnaround time for your session. Once the images are ready, I will email a link to your online gallery, where you will be able to download your photos.
